ABOUT THE NARRATOR

Allyson is an accomplished actor with a fun, versatile style. After earning her theatre degree, she began her career in Chicago working steadily in theatre. Performing in a variety of eclectic theatres, from children’s theatre to gritty storefronts to Shakespeare in the park. She continued her training at iO Chicago and The Second City Conservatory, where she studied and performed the art of improvisation.

Allyson’s work also brought her on screen to Indie films, television and commercials, but she is best known for her voice over work. Voicing numerous commercials and in house projects for major companies to animation. Her professional background on stage and in voice over became a natural fit for audiobook narration. Bringing warmth, versatility, connection to characters and a knack for comedy to her narrations. Allyson and her alter ego have narrated over 400 titles for indie authors and publishers. She is an award winning audiobook narrator.
