ABOUT THE NARRATOR

CINDY KAY is an award-winning audiobook narrator known for her precision and emotional depth. Originally from Northern California’s Bay Area, she transitioned into narration after 12 years as a university professor, inspired by her discovery of audiobooks at her local library. Since 2019, she has narrated over 470 audiobooks, working with major publishers including Penguin Random House, Simon & Schuster, Hachette, Tantor, Recorded Books, and Blackstone. She prepares each project by studying the full narrative arc, shaping character, emotion, and pacing with care.

Her work has earned an Audie Award in Romance for Christina Lauren’s The Love Experiment, along with six Earphones Awards and critical acclaim from AudioFile Magazine and the American Library Association.
